IMPORTANT:

Please allow up to 3-7 business days from the date of the shipment email for your tracking number to appear / update. This is not an issue with the tracking number. Should it not resolve by then, please contact us.

If your order consists of several items, they may not all be dispatched together, and you may receive multiple deliveries. This is normal.

For any tracking related inquiries. Please contact the courier company directly.

If you do not receive your package in the designated time frame based on your location please contact your local post office first with the tracking number.

If they are unable to track your package please contact us immediately (info@dayhype.com) so we may investigate and rectify the issue.
