The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts - Processing Time & Shipping Time:
- Processing time: Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped. This includes Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving our warehouse, orders usually take between 5 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on the country and shipping delays which are out of our control. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please allow up to 25 days for delivery. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your tracking information to become active and updated. If your order consists of several items they may not all be dispatched together, and you may receive multiple deliveries. Please see the shipping table below for more information.

Note: Our usual delivery time is 5-15 business days to most countries, however please allow up to 25 business days for delivery. Orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing delays, strikes, severe weather conditions, coronavirus, etc.
Unfortunately we do not offer an Express Shipping solution as of right now, however it will be available in the near future as we are currently working on it.

We accept orders shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO or U.S territories.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All EU orders will not be subject to any import duties, fees & taxes. For orders outside the EU any import duties, fees & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
